SWISSTECH is again in 2016 the most significant meeting point in Switzerland for all protagonists of the subcontracting industry.

Being the most important trade fair for materials, components and system assembly, SWISSTECH covers both the area of metals AND plastics as well as all value-added steps – from raw material suppliers to system providers.

Simultaneously, PRODEX (International exhibition for machine tools, tools and production measurement) takes place in Basel and forms thus THE Swiss MEM-Highlight of 2016.

SWISSTECH and PRODEX saw a total trade visitor numbers of almost 53,000 over four days in 2014! And SWISSTECH is also well positioned in international terms: almost 20% of visitors in 2014 came from close European neighbours.

In Basel, everything is geared to making optimum use of synergies and providing trade visitors holding a joint trade fair ticket with an efficiently organised exhibition experience. This has been well received: over 80% of trade visitors to SWISSTECH and PRODEX stated that they were very satisfied with the parallel events.
